Branding:
The First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia (website)
Goal:
The First Unitarian Church is known among college students and young professionals for the concerts they host through R5 Productions. The church started with mainly adult members, and families. They hope to expand their members to larger groups of students and young adults. They are a “welcoming congregation,” meaning no matter your race, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or position in life you will be welcomed and accepted. They had no current logo, and I felt that since they are so widely known, that they would benefit from having their own identity. I wanted to make them feel modern and fun while also promoting their welcoming community.
